We include the end clips to ensure you get the correct clips and don’t have to spend more sourcing them elsewhere. Our Spreader Bar is compatible with most types of screen frame.
Cottonwood Hardware Spreader Bar is made in the United States of America from durable aluminum for long lasting performance.
Spreader Bar provides your screens with a center brace to help support larger screens. This will keep the largest insect screens from bowing in the center like an hourglass.
The spreader bar is installed by cutting it to the desired dimension, placing a clip in each end, inserting each clip end into the spline grove, and finally rescreening the frame.
Our spreader bar can be used when building new screens or added to existing screens when rescreening.
